At anny rate, she was transported into MD by Capt. When Lieut Thomas1 Sprigg received a grant of 1000 acres in MD from Lord Baltimore, he called the tract Northampton, as a suggestive of his VA, & per chance a former English home. John1Nuthall was another signer (Submission to Parliament) & thus must have been John1 Nuthall, gentleman of Cross Manor, whose dau Eleanor2 Nuthall, marr Thomas1 Sprigg bef Sep 1668.
