103718Pg 858 West, Benjamin. S.C. —. He was killed by the enemy. His widow, Jane West, was granted an annuity 7 Jun 1785 in Spartanburg District. There were children in 1791. James West, administrator, of the estate of Benjamin West, deceased, and uncle of the orphans, was to be paid the arrearage on 14 Dec 1821. Jane West died four days before 1 Mar 1829. Her arrearage was due to her heirs and was to be paid to her administrator or administratrix on 17 Dec 1831. The heirs were George West, Solomon West, Rachel West, and James West
