To wife Mercy Fowler, one third part of my real estate & the house & barn with the home lot that is in town
To son Samuel Fowler, 200 pounds, his house & barn
To son David Fowler, 200 pounds
To son Stephen Fowler, 200 pounds
To son Bildad Fowler, 200 pounds
To son Daniel Fowler, 200 pounds
To Eldest son shall have 32 pounds ten shillings added to the above sum but there is a Lot that he had of John Hains is to be reckoned toward his portion
To son David Fowler, shall have as an addition to the above sum 50 pounds for that he has served in the estate a considerable time
To son Stephen shall have as an addition to his portion above the sum of 32 pounds ten shillings
To dau Bethusday Fowler, a lot in the outer commons by lyeth on Hampton Plain so called containing about 80 ac & having reference to Westfield Town Book of Records for the bounds of sd Lot, 30 pounds more being her full portion with what she has already had
To dau Mercy Fowler, 87 pounds 10 shillings which sum is her full portion
Should estate turn out more than is herein proposed that shall be divided to and among my five sons, Samuel, David, Stephen, Bildad & Daniel equally and if it should fall short of what is proposed then to abate in proportion out of what is given my five sons
Mercy Fowler, his wife, Executrix & son, Samuel Fowler & son David Fowler as Executors
