Gum, Co F, 25th Regt VA, Vols, and made oath that he is without a descriptive roll or final statement, which it is impossible to obtain from his commanding officer, for the reason that his company is now distant from him, that the within account, amounting to One hundred, twenty seven dollars is correct; that he is not in debt to the Confederate States, and that he will present a statement of this payment to his Commanding Officer. /s/s S.
