In 1725 The Grand Jury of Charles Co presented Leah Noe d/o John Noe Sr, for having 2 bastard children at one birth (twins). In 1726 Leah termed spinster confessed herself guilty & gave oath that Thomas Birch did beget on her body the bastard children…. My assumption is that the twins Leah gave birth to had died otherwise Thomas Burch would have been ordered to provide support for them….20474
