Pg 253 Bygod Eggleston: Englishman & Colonist and Some of His Descendants, by Dr. Rosalie Eggleston and Linda Eggleston McBroom (Toledo, OH: Mary & John Clearinghouse, 1991), paper, plastic “comb” binding, 8 1/2” x 11”, vi+138+xx pp., index, $18.25 postpaid. Order from the publisher, Dept. TG, 5602 305th St., Toledo OH 4361147648

Pg 253 Bygod Eggleston’s origin was discovered by Clarence Almon Torrey & published by him in TAG (The American Genealogist) 10 (1934-35):197-98, with further material by John G. Hunt in TAG 37(1961):151-53 and by Genevieve Tyler Kiepura in NGSQ 57(199):255-61, an important article that has confused later researchers because it was published apparently without editorial oversight.47648
