Two sons John (Watson) & Jr. (James Watson) - tract all the land down in the neck called Good come by chance and Standler Chance, to be equally divided
Dau Elizabeth (Watson), Jane (Watson), Sarah (Watson) - part of Trenant and part and part (sic) of Woodburn and part of Colebrook to be equally divided, all the remainder of my estate to be equally divided among all my children.
