47648Pg 253 Bygod Eggleston’s origin was discovered by Clarence Almon Torrey & published by him in TAG (The American Genealogist) 10 (1934-35):197-98, with further material by John G. Hunt in TAG 37(1961):151-53 and by Genevieve Tyler Kiepura in NGSQ 57(199):255-61, an important article that has confused later researchers because it was published apparently without editorial oversight.
