These may inform ye honored Court that it is ye desire of ye children of ye now deceased Daniel Cole that their Brother Israel Cole may be Administrator to this estate. Samuel Freeman Jr.
Samuel Paine. The 15th day of Jan 1694/5 Israel Cole appeared & made oath that this written on both sides is a true Inventory of ye estate of his Father Daniel Cole Late deceased so far as he knows; before Barnabas Lathrop Judg of ye probate. Examined & duly compared with ye original & entered Jan ye 29th 1694 or 5. Attest Joseph Lathrop, Regr ....

Be it know to whom it doth or may concern that we John Cole, Timothy Cole, Israel Cole, James Cole, William Cole, Daniel Cole & Thomas Cole, Daniel Doan & his wife Hipsibath, John Young & his wife Ruth, Joshua Hopkins & his wife Mary and Medad Atwood & his wife Hester; have mutually agreed & obliged ourselves & our heirs, to abide by to be contented & satisfied with ye divition (sic) & settlement of ye estate of our honored Father Daniel Cole Late deceased as followeth, ....
