Whereas, We the said Plunkett & Brayton as assignees as aforesaid in consideration of $2502 to us paid by Francis Skinner of the City of Boston & Edwin Hoyt of the said City of New York, Merchants, the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge, have agreed to sell & convey the Print Works in North Adams, so called, subject to the mortgages & the notes therewith given & the sums of money thereon due to Edward G.
