Misc. Notes
Pg 19 (29 of 135) William De Blois, fourth Earl of Warren and Surrey, was the youngest son of King Stephen; and by marriage with Isabel, sole issue of William, third earl, obtained his title. By an agreement between King Stephen and Duke Henry of Normandy, his estates and houses were confirmed to him. This accession of property, in addition to that from his wife, proved to be of great value to him, when, at the death of King Stephen, he found himself the only surviving son, and obliged to renounce all claim to the throne.

Appears to have been born (Her mother d: 1083?) about 40 years before her husband, William de Blois? Other websites don’t don’t have Alice as a child of William I of Normandy?
