Pg 272 11 Henry De Percy, Knt, K.G., 4th Lord Percy. He was brought up in the King’s court by his uncle, the 1st Duke of Lancaster. He was summoned to Parliament on 1 Dec 1376 and was created Earl of Northumberland 16 Jul 1377. In 1405 he was involved in treasonable plots and was attainted in Parliament in 1406. Henry de Percy, 1st Earl of Northumberland, was slain 19 Feb 1407/8 when his force was defeated at Bramham Moor, near Tadcaster, co York.17384
