Elisha Porter’s Hampshire Co, Regiment; served 1 mo 6 days at New London, CT/ An Order dated Westfield, Sep 14, 1761 directed him as Lieutenant, of Southwick, to hold himself in readiness to march on shortest notice with 6 days provisions to CT to serve under Capt John Gray or such officer as might be appointed, in accordance with orders received by Brig.
