Beq: to son Matthew - 2 tracts of land joining the land I have already conveyed to him, one of which tracts contains 100 acres and the other about 8 or 10 acres, being the residue of a tract of 56 acres, a part of which was sold by me to Samuel Ruckman
To 3 sons James, Samuel, and John-land on Jacksons River in Bath and Pendleton counties, where I now reside, to be divided equally when the youngest reaches 21; son James is to have first choice and sons Samuel and John are to cast lots for the 2nd choice
To daughters Eliza Gwin, Anna Gwin, and Alcinda Gwin-support and maintenance off the land on which I live as long as they are single and choose to stay, all household & kitchen furniture, 4 cows, 1 horse worth at least $50
To the children of my dec’d daughter Jane Hamilton-$300 out of a bond I hold on Davis Hamilton until youngest child is 21
To daughter Rachel Hiner -$100 plus interest from the same bond I hold on Davis Hamilton, or Davis can pay the executors $100
To sons James, Samuel, and John - farm utensils
