to son James Stuart all lands in the Cowpasture except 123 acres on Bullpasture Mountain
to wife Margaret tract of Bullpasture land for life, then to fourth son William Steuart Jr., providing he “maintain and clothe sufficiently his younger brother Usher Stuart noncomposmentus.” If he does not do this, then he must make payments (12£ VA currency) to Usher’s guardian
123 acres on Bullpasture Mountain to sons Edward, John and William Stuart, to be appraised. From this value James is to make annual payments for Usher’s support
to wife a sorrel mare and colt
to dau Meary Calaghan a 2-year old “greay mear” (Mary is wife to Charls Calaghan)
to Jean Hicklin, wife to James, 5 pounds (term of 3 aft my decease or this present date)
to son Edward Stuart 10 pounds or a horse of equal value to son John 20 shillings (3 yrs after my decease)
