a booklet in the Mormon files at any FHC on Microfiche 6117860 "The Wilmarth Family Descendants of Thomas of Massachusetts" by Elisabeth Wilmarth and Bessie Wilmarth Cahm which gives a very thorough history of the beginnings of the family and first few generations. Also in the Mormon files you will find "Vital Record of Rehoboth 1642-1896", Film 0908952, which will confirm dates of birth, marriages, etc.
